BE A VOTE PROCESSOR
What are we looking for?
Vote Processors
- Recording batches on the register and scanning barcodes
- Extraction, validation and processing votes ready for scanning
- Cross-checking and approving data that has been uploaded into the system
- Reconciliations and recounts
Scanners
We are looking for a small team of tech-savvy workers to manage the scanners and be responsible for:
- Scanning voting papers
- Validating information into the software system
- Liaising with tech suppliers around machinery performance
- Supporting the Vote Processors when required
Logistics Crew
We also require a small team of Runners, Material Handlers and Storekeepers with a good level of physical fitness to undertake the following tasks:
- Moving vote documents, furniture or other items and supplies around
- Filing voting documents in the ordered sequency
- Able to assist by retrieving documents when needed
- Able to assist supervisors or Vote Processors when required

Make an extra
$40 per hour
for any work past 6pm

What do you need from me?
You will need to be fully available from 24th September to 17th October 2025 and able to get to a central Auckland location for 8am weekdays plus Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th October.
The skills and attributes we are looking for include:
- High level of commitment to see the full project through to the end
- Great attention to detail
- Reasonably comfortable using technology and data entry
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
